Lowongan Kerja PT Telkom Akses (Telkom Group) - PT. Telkom Akses (PTTA) merupakan anak perusahaan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom) yang sahamnya dimiliki sepenuhnya oleh Telkom. PTTA bergerak dalam bisnis penyediaan layanan konstruksi dan pengelolaan infrastruktur jaringan.

Pendirian PTTA merupakan bagian dari komitmen Telkom untuk terus melakukan pengembangan jaringan broadband untuk menghadirkan akses informasi dan komunikasi tanpa batas bagi seluruh masyarakat indonesia. Telkom berupaya menghadirkan koneksi internet berkualitas dan terjangkau untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia sehingga mampu bersaing di level dunia. Saat ini Telkom tengah membangun jaringan backbone berbasis Serat Optik maupun Internet Protocol (IP) dengan menggelar 30 node terra router dan sekitar 75.000 Km kabel Serat Optik. Pembangunan kabel serat optik merupakan bagian dari program Indonesia Digital Network (IDN) 2015. Sebagai bagian dari strategi untuk mengoptimalkan layanan nya, Telkom mendirikan PT. Telkom Akses.

1. PROJECT MANAGER

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as project manager is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in All Indonesia.
  • Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
  • Create business plan, good communication, leadership
  • Having strong background / understanding of Project Manager
  • Having good communication, presentation and negotiation skill
  • Ability to manage project team and partner. Interface with 3rd party supplier, which involve the agreement/contract, planning, timeliness and quality of deliverables
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

2. Manager Operation

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Manager Operations of telecommunications (provisioning, maintenance, assurance, and migration department) in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
  • Understand basic knowledge of broadband and fiber technology
  • Create business plan, good communication, leadership
  • Having strong background / understanding of Project Manager
  • Having good communication, presentation and negotiation skill
  • Ability to manage project team and partner. Interface with 3rd party supplier, which involve the agreement/contract, planning, timeliness and quality of deliverables
  • Applicants must be willing to work in All Indonesia.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

3. Business Analyst

Qualifications:
  • Hold an appropriate degree (industrial/telecommunication engineering) or equivalent management qualification.
  • Practical Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written.
  • Highly IT literate
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to impart detailed data to others
  • Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with other staff at all levels
  • Methodical, systematic approach with a good eye for detail
  • Ability to deliver by planning work and setting targets for the achievement of objectives
  • Broad understanding of current public sector policy issues
