1. AVP Cloud (Code: AVPC)

Core capabilities:
  • Minimum 8+ years experience in a product or marketing role, preferably in ICT
  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution, preferable overseas graduate
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in leading a successful team
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal including proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Having a good Customer focus, winning culture, team work and accountability.
  • Stakeholder relationship management skills

2. Senior Officer Cloud (Code: SOC)

Core capabilities:
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in a product role, preferably in ICT
  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution, preferable overseas graduate.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal including proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Having a good Customer focus, winning culture, team work and accountability
  • Stakeholder relationship management skills

3. Senior Pricing Officer (Code: SPO)

Core capabilities:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a pricing or commercial role
  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Information Technology proficiency preferred
  • Commercial acumen, problem solving, drive for results.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.

4. IT Applications Support Specialist (Code: ITASS)

Core capabilities:
  • ITIL process experience
  • Experience with Project Management Methodology and Project Lifecycle
  • Substantial application management and technical experience
  • Experience in application integration projects, preferably in telecommunications industry
  • 5 years IT experience, preferably in telecommunications industry
  • Experience supporting the following applications is a plus:
  1. SolarWinds
  2. Service-Now
  3. Local Indonesian payroll
  4. SAP, Oracle Finance or similar
  5. Human Resource Management system
  • Training and user support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

5. GM IT & Platform (Code: GM - ITP)

Requirements :
  • 10+ years in ICT with direct experience in products or sales,
  • 5+ years alliance or complex account management
  • University degree or equivalent in IT and/or Electrical Engineering
  • High level of understanding of ICT industry especially managed services, cloud services, collocation & managed hosting, unified communications, and channel management
  • Technology and platform certification highly desirable
  • Experience with enterprise routers, switches and network management devices and applications
  • A demonstrated understanding of Customer Networks, specific to a single or multiple customers
  • Ability to show initiative in solving problems and drive to succeed
  • Proven ability working across multiple functions/cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to carry out multi level stakeholder management
  • Strong team ethics
  • Strong ability to drive metrics to achieve targets
  • Excellent verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Commercial skill/experience
  • Demonstrable skill in business development and sales is highly desirable
  • Possess dynamic, positive attitude
  • Willingness to get involved and take responsibility for all elements required to bring a positive outcome for the JV.

6. Project Manager (Code: BPMPM)

Requirements :
  • Relevant academic qualifications in Engineering, Business or a related discipline or minimum 6 years experience in a related field
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification highly desirable
  • Proven ability to deliver low to highly complex programs of work and projects in a large organisations
  • Experience in an IT and/or ICT Managed Services business highly desirable
  • Minimum 5 years experience with commercial management
  • Experienced and confident working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience implementing and driving change and business improvements in large organizations
  • Establishment and delivery of programs through to completion with a strong commitment to meeting budget, timeframe and quality requirements
  • Management of 3rd party vendors / solution partners, including relationship management
  • Possess strong Customer Centric behaviours with a highly developed ‘Service Culture’ by ‘going the extra mile’ to satisfy Customers and Stakeholders
  • Strong technical aptitude and excellent team player
  • Possess dynamic, positive attitude and ability to develop and implement strategy
  • Willingness to get involved and take responsibility for all elements required to bring a positive outcome for the company
  • Strong commercial acumen and numeracy

7. Project Officer (Code: BPMPO)

Core capabilities:
  • Relevant academic qualifications in Engineering, Business or a related discipline or minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification highly desirable
  • Proven ability to support and administer low to highly complex programs of work and projects in a large organisations
  • Experience in an IT and/or ICT Managed Services business highly desirable
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with commercial management highly desirable
  • Experienced and confident working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with management of 3rd party vendors / solution partners, including relationship management is desirable
  • Possess strong Customer Centric behaviours with a highly developed ‘Service Culture’ by ‘going the extra mile’ to satisfy Customers and Stakeholders

8. Solution Architect (Code: CDSSA)

Requirements :
  • 1-3 years experiences on IT and Managed Services Business Environment
  • Proven Professional Certification is preferred: CCNP, CCIE, CCSP, CDCP, MSCP, Oracle Certified, etc
  • Project management skills is preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments.
  • Leadership skills.

9. Service Management Specialist (Code: CESMS)

Requirements:
  • +5 years’ experience in ICT and Managed Services Business Environment or equivalent
  • University degree or equivalent in IT or other applicable discipline
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Holding ITIL certification is preferably
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate, build trust and deliver positive outcomes for customers and the Company
  • Excellent team player
  • Possess dynamic, positive attitude

10. L2 Technician (Code: CEL2T)

Basic requirements:
- Ready with shifting schedule working environment
- Has experience on guiding remote user in troubleshooting activities
- Able to speak and write in English (moderate)
- Always motivated to learn more
- Team player

11. Business Development Manager (Code: CSBDM)

Qualifications:

Mandatory:
  • Superior skills and demonstrated business success in sales planning & execution
  • Highly developed skills involving innovative strategic solution and services selling
  • High level of business acumen including an established capability to understand and balance commercial, political, financial and technological implications of a situation in making business decisions.
  • Training or learning development experience
  • Exposure to various sales methodologies eg. Miller-Heiman, Huthwaite, Revenue Storm
  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrix environment for projects of a similar size and scope.
  • Demonstrated 5 years extensive experience in ICT sales

Desirable:
  • Previous experience working in an International capacity as a customer or working within Enterprise customer portfolio
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and foster strategic and operational relationships
  • Proven ability to effectively team with other related groups
  • Tertiary degree qualification in business, information technology or similar
  • Advanced qualification, MBA, Masters or industry related program
