Scope of works:
  • To identify, develop, control and improve of route to market management in traditional trade and industrial business in the territory.
  • To coordinate and ensuring timeline of executions with other department as per work stream, design multi years change management and manage a change management during route to market implementation.
  • To identify, business trends and creating milestones for middle terms and long terms in their territory.

Requirements:
Education : University Degree level, master degree would be of advantage
: Minimum 5 years’ Experience in field sales; understanding the distributor operations, logistics, change management, transition management, sales management
Computer literacy : Microsoft Office  & Google Application
Language : Fluency spoken  and written English
Other qualification / skills :
  • High involvement in data analysis and creating strategy based on the data analysis
  • A team player with high integrity, trusted, reliable & acceptance across the organization and ability to influence others in tactful manner
  • Strong business sense and always looking for improvement and opportunities
  • Report writing & presentation skill
  • Territory Management , Distributor management , Channel Management
