Lowongan Kerja PT Windsor Indonesia - We are a medium sized FMCG company distributing our non-food brands in the traditional and modern trade in all Indonesia. Our company was established in 2001 and we are conveniently based in Jakarta Selatan. Our logistic services operate out of two locations (Jakarta and Surabaya) servicing our 45 distributors and local / national modern trade accounts.

1. MARKETING ADMINISTRATION

Qualifications
  • Female or Male with maxmimum age of 30 years old
  • Marketing degree and/or Administration degree with at the least two year experience in Marketing / Administration
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome with strong knowledge in computer, database and administrative skills
  • Background in accounting is beneficial
  • Knowledge of managing digital communication channels including websites and Social Media is beneficial
  • Good communication skills, good command in English (oral and written)
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating complex information into reports
  • Excellent computer skills with specific experience of working with databases, MS Office applications and Social Media. Very good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets is mandatory.
  • Highly organized and good judgment for priorities
  • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to juggle a wide range of competing demands
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

2. SUPPLY CHAIN STAFF

Responsibilities:
  • Preferably Male, age between 25 – 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable University
  • Background in Accountancy is beneficial
  • Having minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in Supply Chain
  • Production planning and PO forecast
  • Sales and Stock reporting
  • Supplier invoice to system
  • Purchase Order administration
  • Handling import process and coordination with foreign supplier & forwarder
  • Packaging and Raw material procurement
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating complex information into reports
  • Excellent computer skills with specific experience of working with databases, MS Office applications and Excel spreadsheets is mandatory
  • Knowledge of accurate system is beneficial
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome with strong knowledge in computer, database, English and administrative skills

Remuneration:
Depending on the qualification, skills and experiences a market competitive package is offered. Yearly bonus based on performance
